By accessing or using the Sequin mobile application, website (sequindna.com), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sequin provides AI-powered personal genomics analysis. Our Service includes: DNA test kit ordering and fulfillment, genome data upload and analysis, AI-powered health insights and chat, and personalized report generation. The Service is operated by Kraken Dynamics LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. DNA Test Kits & Payments

DNA test kits are available for purchase through the Sequin app. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method. Kits are shipped to the address you provide and include prepaid return shipping.

7. Genetic Data

By uploading genetic data or ordering a DNA test kit, you grant us a limited license to process your genetic data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your genetic data at all times. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Not Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Information provided through Sequin, including AI-generated reports and chat responses, is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions based on genetic information. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraken Dynamics LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any genetic analysis results or AI-generated content.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
