Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

Genetic Data: Raw genetic data files you upload (e.g., 23andMe format) or that are generated from DNA test kits ordered through our service. This includes single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data across your genome.

Shipping Information: Name and mailing address when you order a DNA test kit.

Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number.

Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including AI chat interactions and report generation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Analyze your genetic data against reference databases (ClinVar, PharmGKB)
• Generate personalized health insights and reports using AI
• Process and fulfill DNA test kit orders
• Provide customer support
• Improve and maintain our services

4. Genetic Data Protection

We treat your genetic data with the highest level of care. Your raw genetic data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We will never:

• Sell your genetic data to third parties
• Share your genetic data with insurance companies or employers

• Provide your genetic data to law enforcement without a valid court order

5. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services:

• CLIA-certified laboratory: Processes physical DNA samples from test kits. The lab receives your sample but not your identity information.
• Stripe: Processes payments securely. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic: Powers AI analysis features. Chat interactions are processed but not used to train AI models.

6. Data Retention

We retain your genetic data and analysis results for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@sequindna.com. Upon deletion, all genetic data, analysis results, and AI-generated reports will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (California residents under CCPA)
